Questions about our services

What does the Africa feasibility diagnostic include?

The scope is tailored to the project and territory. It can combine scoping, desk research, field data collection, risk and opportunity assessment, social acceptability analysis and actionable recommendations.

How do you assess a project’s social acceptability?

We bring together stakeholder perspectives, field observations and analysis of community dynamics and local power structures. The aim is to understand the conditions for support and potential sources of tension, beyond simply counting consultations.

Can you assess impacts before a project begins?

Yes. Baseline research and analysis of the activities, populations and resources concerned can help anticipate potential socioeconomic effects and propose mitigation measures and monitoring indicators.

How long does a feasibility diagnostic take?

Timing depends on scope, available data and access to the field. As a guide, a typical diagnostic takes four to eight weeks; we confirm the schedule after scoping the assignment.
